A community at the foot of the Colima Volcano, for those seeking calm, privacy, and a more intentional way of living.
Casa Gads is a small, hospitality-minded community — a place you belong to, not just visit.
Each residence is divided into fractions. Each fraction, in its own weeks, every year, for life.
That place has a name.
Tonila sits in the highlands beside the Colima Volcano — high enough for cool nights, close enough that the Pacific stays an hour away. It's one of the few places in Mexico that remains quiet without becoming remote.
Here, we decided to build.
Lime-washed walls that hold the morning cool. Reclaimed wood, local stone, deep-shaded terraces. Every residence faces two things: the light, and the mountain.
You don't just rise between floors.
You rise between emotions.
The valley is still under mist. Coffee on the terrace before anyone else wakes, the volcano catching the first light.
Volcanic trails, lava fields, roads lined with coffee and agave. Or an hour west, lunch with your feet in the Pacific.
The light turns gold, then amber, then pink behind the cone. Someone opens a bottle. No one checks the time.
Firepits, long tables, lanterns along the terrace. The mountain drops the temperature, and the night stretches on.
That's an ordinary day. It could be yours.
Each fraction is a real ownership right, backed by trust — with fixed usage weeks, every year.
A limited number are already committed. Participation details and the full legal structure are shared in a private conversation with Benjamín — along with the rest of the plans.
Dear friend,
I hope this finds you well.
My name is Benjamín, and I'm currently shaping Casa Gads, a lifestyle concept near Tonila, Jalisco, beside the Colima Volcano region.
The idea was born from something very simple: to create a quiet place to enjoy cooler weather, thoughtful architecture, intentional living, wellness, and a slower pace — without losing the connection to the ocean, healthcare, and major cities.
At this early stage, we're sharing the concept privately with a limited number of people whose perspective we genuinely value.
If you have a couple of minutes, I'd be grateful if you could answer the brief questionnaire below.
Thank you for your time, your kindness, and your perspective.
Benjamín
Casa Gads
Two minutes. No sales call, no pressure — for now, we're just listening.
If this resonates with you, we'd love to hear from you.
Your perspective is exactly what we're looking for at this stage. If there's a good fit, Benjamín will reach out to you directly.
Thank you for helping us build Casa Gads from its origin.
Because the best projects don't begin when they're sold.
They begin when they find the right people.
